Hukou Village Branding

This branding project for Siting Town (虒亭镇) and Hukou Village (虎口村) in Shanxi draws inspiration from traditional tiger-head shoes (虎头鞋) for the main logo design. Using bold lines and color blocks, the playful tiger illustration exudes energy and versatility, allowing for a wide range of color expressions across different applications.
Seal Design & Typography
A complementary seal design was crafted using straight-line elements, incorporating the unique character "虒" from Siting Town. This symbol reinforces the village’s identity while supporting the main tiger graphic. To enhance the modern aesthetic, a sans-serif typeface was selected for a clean and contemporary look.
Color Versatility
The branding system allows for almost unlimited color combinations, giving the logo and seal maximum adaptability across various contexts while maintaining a cohesive identity.
This dynamic branding approach seamlessly blends tradition and modernity, capturing the cultural essence of Hukou Village and Siting Town.
